  • You can come to the rehearsal with up to three companions to experience this unforgettable moment.
  • It is recommended that you wear very light makeup during the fitting.
  • Wear nude color underwear for the fitting.

1. Do I have to make an appointment to view and try on the dresses?

All fittings and visits to the Paloma Fashion boutique are by appointment, so that we can be as helpful as possible and give you the necessary time and attention.

2. Is there a fee for trying on dresses and consulting?

Fittings and consultations at PALOMA FASHION are subject to a fee of 15 euros.

*The fee is automatically waived when purchasing or ordering a dress!

Dress fitting and consultation sessions last up to 60 minutes.

Please keep in mind that we work with each client individually.

3.How do I book an appointment?

4.Do you have larger or smaller sizes available?

The wedding dresses and ball gowns at Paloma Fashion are selected in such a numbering that customers can get a perfect idea of the specific models. We have models available in various sizes and silhouettes from EU32 to EU 46.

5.What accessories can we find at Paloma Fashion?

Accessories are an important part of the overall look of the bride or prom girl. With us you will find wedding veils, entirely created by hand, that will perfectly match your bridal dress.

We also offer designer handbags made to match your dress, as well as boutique tiaras, diadems, and jewelry made with stones, crystals, and pearls.

6. Do you offer adjustments to the models and are they paid additionally?

Paloma Fashion has its own atelier and Yes, we offer alterations to our designs. The cost of alterations is determined by the complexity and the customer's requirements.

7. What is the deadline for making a dress and, accordingly, the deadline for correction?

Depending on the season and the workload of the boutique, the production time can vary between 4-7 months. The time for adjusting a dress is in the order of a month, a month and a half.

8.Do you rent dresses?

No. We do not have such a practice.

9. Do you offer refunds? Are cancellations possible?

In order to start the process of creating your dress or to reserve the available model you want, part of the amount is paid in advance. Once a dress has been ordered in your sizes, it cannot be canceled as an order and the amount for it cannot be refunded.
