DELIVERY, RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATION
DELIVERY
For available wedding, formal dresses and accessories, orders are processed and handed over to a courier within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation.
After sending the order, you will receive information for tracking the shipment.
Deliveries are made via Econt or Speedy to the address or office specified by the customer.
The delivery time on the territory of Bulgaria is usually up to 48 hours after handing over the shipment to the courier. For some settlements and during periods of increased workload, delivery may take up to 2–3 business days.
International deliveries are usually made within 5 to 14 business days, depending on the country of delivery and the courier company.
The delivery price is determined according to the tariffs of the selected courier and is visualized when finalizing the order.
The specified delivery times are approximate and may be extended under circumstances beyond Paloma Fashion's control.
Please inspect the shipment upon receipt. If there is visible damage to the packaging or contents, we recommend that you immediately file a report with the courier and contact us.

RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel the purchase of a standard product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

The costs of returning the product are at the expense of the customer, except when the wrong, defective or non-compliant product is delivered.
Shipments sent by cash on delivery are not accepted.

CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
Returned products must be returned without signs of wear beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and size.
The products must be:
- without traces of makeup, foundation or cosmetic products;
- without the smell of perfume, cigarette smoke or other fragrances;
- unwashed and uncleaned;
- without stains, tears or damage;
- without corrections or alterations;
- with all original labels, protective elements and accessories;
- in the condition in which they were received.
Upon receipt of the returned product, its condition will be checked.
When a decrease in the value of the product is established due to use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, Paloma Fashion reserves the right to reduce the amount of the refund according to the decreased value of the product, in accordance with applicable law.

INDIVIDUAL ORDERS
Wedding and formal dresses made to individual sizes, as well as dresses with changes at the client's request or made to a special order, are not subject to cancellation and return, except in cases provided for by law, including in the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity of the product.

CANCELLATION OF AN UNSENT ORDER
An order can be canceled without additional costs if it has not yet been handed over to a courier.
After it is sent, the conditions for exercising the right of cancellation according to current legislation apply.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt.
If a manufacturing defect, shipping damage or incorrect product is found, please notify us as soon as possible at info@paloma-fashion.com , indicating the order number and, where possible, attaching photos.
After reviewing the case, we will provide you with instructions for replacement, repair (where applicable) or refund.

REFUND
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome.
If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer or by the same payment method used for purchase, where applicable.
Paloma Fashion has the right to withhold the refund until the returned product is received or until proof is provided that it has been sent back.
The costs of delivering the order are at the expense of the customer and are paid according to the tariffs of the selected courier company.
When returning a product, the costs of sending it back to Paloma Fashion are also at the expense of the customer, except when a wrong, defective or non-conforming product is delivered.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
There may be minor differences in the colors of the products due to the individual settings of different screens, the lighting during filming and the characteristics of the devices used. This is not considered a non-conformity of the product.
When choosing a size, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the available size information or contact us for additional consultation before placing an order.
Some of the models offered by Paloma Fashion are single pieces and are only available in a specific size and color. Due to limited availability, certain models may not be able to be replaced with the same model in a different size or color.
Some of the models can be made in individual sizes or with changes according to the client's requirements. Prior consultation is required for production, deadlines and customization options.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the discounted price applies only to the specific product in the specified size and color, available at the time of publication of the offer.
Promotional prices and discounts are valid until stocks last or until the expiration of the announced promotional period.
Due to limited quantities and the unique nature of some of the models, Paloma Fashion does not guarantee the availability of the same model in other sizes, colors or configurations at a promotional price.
